Sumatanga is a place where Jesus revives his people.  The three chapels at Sumatanga are special places of worship and reflection.  They are perfect places for weddings and other ceremonies.

Creel Chapel

Creel Chapel is located on top of Chandler Mountain and overlooks Sumatanga.  One of the most picturesque places in north Alabama.  It can be accessed by the mountain trail or by road.  Creel Chapel is open to the public, but there is a $250 fee for private reservation.  Check in at Main Office to gain access by road.   Directions

Nina Reeves Chapel

A unique hexagonal shaped chapel.  Located outside the Lodge.

Hutto Prayer Chapel

This chapel is nestled in the edge of the woods.  Located in Pool Camp.
